Prince William and Kate Middleton arrive in the USA

William and Kate have finally touched down in the US! They flew from Canada last night and have stepped on US soil for the first time since their fabulous wedding. It is the moment that the US has been waiting for for a long time.

After stepping off the plane in a glamorous and confident fashion, the couple made were off on their tour of the USA, starting with Los Angeles. Wearing a Peridot dress, Kate looked stunning once again. The couple were welcomed by the Mayor of Los Angeles and the Governeor. Their first US event will not be the most exciting however - a conference about U.K. trade investment in Beverly Hills.

Hundreds of people arrived to catch a glimpse of the couple as they touched down, and they weren't left disappointed. They were set to overnight at Consul-General Barbara Hay's Los Angeles residence, which has previously attracted stars such as Helena Bonham-Carter and director Tom Hooper.

So what have the pair got planned over their tour? They have polo clubs to visit, awards to give out, BAFTA award to attend, and the army to meet... and that's not even half of it. It's a busy life being a royal!

Prince William and Kate fight it out in dragon race!

Prince William and Kate have been enjoying their famous and luxurious trip around Canada, and have today been taking part in a spot of competition. The pair were seen participating in a dragon boat race across Dalvay Lake, a place well-known for such sport.

So you want to know who won the race? Prince William! Although you can imagine that Kate wasn't too thrilled by this, although reports confirm that she was taking the result in her stride.
